All Star Recipients: Summer Season

Congratulations to the summer All Stars! The summer season was an exciting time from the season tip-off in July and going forward into the post season next week. The summer highlights included one undefeated team, three overtime games, many players playing multiple games, nice dunks, dimes, high scoring, one team going winless, players fighting to the last minute, plenty of steals, clutch free throws, missed lay-ups, good music including everyone’s favorite Chaka Khan.

Below are the award recipients for the season and their respective Hoopz highlights.

ALL STAR AWARD RECEPIENTS

Sportsmanship: Chris Luevano, G

Season Stats: 3.1 PPG, 1.3 RPG

Season Stats: 25.9 PPG, 14.9 RPG, 2.6 SPG, 1.1 APG

Highlight: Nickname “Mr. D-D” for averaging at least 10 points & 10 rebounds per game the entire season, including the All Star game and helped lead his team to a 3 -1 record for the second half of the season.
