Warriors win big over Agents 3.0

Fresh off a big win over the Unknowns in week three, the Warriors topple MFA 3.0 by twenty-one points 75 -56. Leading the way for 3 -1 Warriors was Larry Johnson 18 points, 9 rebounds and three assists. Partner Jordan Rush had another solid performance totaling 16 points and seven rebounds.

Running the offense through Johnson was a key for the Warriors as they built a early lead against the Agents. The Agents had no answer for the strength, speed, size and depth of their opponent.  Moses Davenport picked up two quick fouls at the start of the game, which hindered his production on both ends of the court.

Davenport and the quick JR Porter lead the Agents with 17 points and 16 points respectively. Maestro chipped in a modest performance with 10 points and six assists in the loss.

MFA 3.0 are now at .500 at the mid point of the winter season. Team chemistry is playing dividends on both sides of the ball for this team.  Veteran leadership and size is lacking on the front court as Josh Novak is the lone solider.

The Warriors continue to win and beat teams with the lightening attack. The tandem of Rush and Johnson has proved to be just what team captain Horton anticipated in the season.

Tune-in as both teams look to stick to the Blazin’ Aces and the Unknowns after the mini-break.
