President’s Day Exhibition: No Mercy suffocates Warriors for victoryThursday, February 18th, 2010 by Dr Hoopz
President’s Day Exhibition: No Mercy suffocates Warriors for victory As teams begin to gear up for the post season, we decided to throw a bone to two teams that don’t meet each other this season. No Mercy defeated the Warriors 73 – 60 in Sunday’s finale. Kenny Jones was spectacular finishing with 21 points. Eze Burts provided tough defense against the active Jordan Rush. Larry Johnson never found his stroke providing a sub-par performance heading into the final weeks. The leader in All Star votes, Kenny Jones, out dueled Johnson on both ends. Deante Horton, limited minutes help cut the deficit from 11 to 6 but never recovered late in the game. President’s Day Game Leaders
LEAGUE NOTES: All players be sure to arrive early prior to the tip-off to prevent delay. A technical foul will be assessed to the tardy team and play will commence shortly after.
