Bru Dogs return in style, full roster entact for victory

The Bru Dogs arrived with plenty of players for week five looking to dominate the Sharks in game one this past weekend.

Following the first timeout by the Sharks, the Bru Dogs led by a deuce over the new comers.

The bigger and more experienced Dogs worked the post and wing to perfection; leading 38 – 25 with 2 minutes left in the first half.

Marc Doche and Nick Ferrara hit back to back three point shots beyond the arc to extend the lead.

The Sharks playing a unconventional scheme lacked interior offensive passing and adequate rebounding in the half.

Bru Dogs led 46 – 28 over the Sharks.

Andrew Schmoller controled the smaller Sharks defenders scoring on both low post blocks. A turn- around jump hook and another a la Tim Duncan caused another first half timeout by the Sharks.

Ferrara went two for two from the strike with thirteen minutes remaining in the game.

Schmoller was relentless and active in the second half blocking shots and coming up with multiple steals.

The bright spot for the Sharks came from point guard Luis Rivera despite missing wide open and uncontested layups in transition.

Justin Waters aka Mr. Automatic was on point from beyond the arc in the second half finishing with 34 points.
