HOV – 62

No Mercy – 75

FINAL

No Mercy displays, no mercy against the Hov in route late

No Mercy witnessed DE-TROIT! fall in game five to MFA5.0 and came out to win by any means necessary. Leading 64 – 55 with six minutes remaining in the second half Kenny Jones and William T.B. King worked the defensive boards.

Chris Lamb, HOV center, blocked any and every shot attempt in the first half against No Mercy.

Bryan Lockwood dribble-drive to the rack was successful against Sirus Yarbough, connecting on both attempts from the strike in the first half of play.

Dion Currie and Gene Shepherd both knocked down back-to-back treys end route to showing the HOV why they’re the defending champs.

In transition, William T.B. King took the ball the length of the floor and met Chris Lamb above the rim. A foul was called on Lamb’s attempted block but the message was sent.

Nobody challenges the defending champs.

King sat afterwards enjoying the victory over the HOV watching Bring It On and MFA 4.0.

Shepherd, Currie and King sat together basking on next weeks matchup against the 4- 1 DE-TROIT! squad.

Offsetting the possibility of an undefeated matchup between the top two teams in the competitive division, DE-TROIT! failed to win versus MFA 5.0 earlier in the evening.

Now only one team stands undefeated, team No Mercy, who showed no mercy on the HOV attempt to defeat the defending champs.

Challengers are welcome; address questions to team undefeated – No Mercy.

Player of the Game
