Group Training
Description: Players will learn the fundamentals of basketball e.g. passing, dribbling, shooting and defense. Additionally, players will be advised on the importance of sportsmanship, integrity and fair play during competition. Practices will evolved to group drills, running and techniques utilized in modern basketball. This training will create a social atmosphere to engage in a fun and rewarding atmosphere for all skill levels.
Ages 5-17, 60 minute sessions. Twice a week.
Team (10 Players)
Description: Players will focus on game management fundamentals of basketball e.g. floor spacing, offensive/defensive sets, strategy and technique. Taking the group training to the next level players will learn to display leadership and high character traits for professionalism. Fundamental skills will be vital to each players success during drills and competitive play.
Ages 5-17, 60 minute sessions. Twice a week.
Private (1-on-1)
Description: Individual player development with a coach that challenges and creates training suited for both exercise and competitive play. Coaches will utilize a hands-on approach to train and challenge the players skill in ball handling, shooting, core exercises and advanced basketball mechanics. These include offensive, defensive, team sets and a mental approach that keeps the player focused during participation.
Ages 5-17, 60 minute sessions. Twice a week.
